Question: What programs/services do you use for your writing?
Answer:
I use Evernote (free version) to write the RAW files for my books. It allows me to easily share chapters with my beta readers using email.
I use Papyrus Author (free version) to finalize and format my final manuscripts for publishing.
(NOTE: While I could write everything in Papyrus Author, keeping separate files for the books in this manner actually helps me establish ownership of the story if anyone challenges my copyrights!)
I use Book Brush (a subscription service) to create my book covers and promotional graphics.
I used to use Grammarly to help pre-edit my books but have since switched to the free version of ProWritingAid. So far, I like it better.
